Subscription Details

How do cheese box subscriptions work?
We offer two subscription options:

Can I change or cancel my subscription?
For rolling subscriptions, you can cancel after receiving two deliveries. Please email us at hello@cheeseboxclub.co.uk including your name, delivery address, email, and contact number.

How often will I be charged?
Your payment card is charged 10 working days before each box dispatch.

Can I pause or skip a delivery if I’m away?
Yes, you can skip a delivery by informing us at least 15 working days before the next delivery. Please note, you must have received at least two deliveries before pausing or skipping.

Delivery Information

When will my cheese box arrive?
Boxes arrive on the third Wednesday of each month.

Do you deliver across the UK?
We deliver nationwide via FedEx, excluding the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland due to extra courier charges.

What happens if I miss a delivery?
At checkout, please specify a safe place for your parcel. If no safe place is provided and delivery is missed, the courier may return the box to their depot. For changes to safe place instructions, email hello@cheeseboxclub.co.uk.

How is the cheese packaged to stay fresh?
Boxes are insulated with recyclable Sealed Air TempGuard Kraft paper pads and frozen gel packs. Gel packs are food-safe, non-toxic, and reusable. Dispose of gel pack contents via normal domestic waste. The insulation pads can be recycled curbside.

What is the shelf life on the cheese?
From despatch the cheeses will have a minimum of 14 day shelf life. 

Gifting Options

Can I send a cheese box as a gift?
Yes, gifting subscriptions are available for 3, 6, or 12 months.

Is it possible to include a gift card or message?
Yes, you can add a gift card or message during checkout.

How do I order a gifting subscription for multiple months?
Simply select the desired subscription length on our website.

Can I add wine, beer, or spirits to my gift box?
Yes, you can choose cheese-only, cheese & beer, or cheese & wine gift boxes via the drop-down menu.

Can I order multiple gifting options?
Yes, but please complete separate checkouts for each recipient.

Product Information

What types of cheeses are included in the boxes?
Cheese selections vary each month to offer a diverse and seasonal range.

Can I request to exclude certain cheeses or allergens?
Currently, exclusions are not available online. Please email us at hello@cheeseboxclub.co.uk with your specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate.

How much cheese is included in each box?
Each box contains five cheeses.

Are the cheeses sourced from British or artisan producers?
We feature a mix of British and continental artisan cheeses.

Account and Payment

How do I manage my subscription account online?
Currently, account management is handled by us. Please email hello@cheeseboxclub.co.uk for any changes or questions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Is it safe to store my payment information?
Yes, your details are securely held by SagePay, a PCI DSS accredited third party, with full encryption.

General Support

Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

What are your office hours and customer support availability?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. We aim to respond promptly. Please note social media messages may have delayed responses, so email contact is preferred
