Delivery is included in the price for all our cheese boxes.
All cheese parcels are cooled with reusable ice packs and insulated using recyclable packaging.
For UK mainland orders, we use an overnight delivery service to ensure your cheese arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
Please provide your mobile phone number or email address during ordering to receive tracking details and an anticipated delivery time.
On the day of dispatch, you will get a notification that your delivery is on the way, including an estimated one-hour delivery time slot.
You can add "Delivery Instructions" during checkout with clear directions, e.g., “leave in the garage if out” (please choose a cool place).
The driver will leave your parcel somewhere safe if you are out to avoid delays or returns.
Please note:We cannot accept responsibility for condition or non-receipt if the parcel is not signed for.
We cannot deliver to certain areas due to courier limits or delivery times exceeding one day.
Restricted postcodes include: KA, PO30-40, AB31-38, AB41-42, AB44-45, AB51-56, AB99, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH4-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, HS, IV, BT, KW, ZE, IM, JE.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by these restrictions.
Currently, we do not deliver outside the UK.
We can deliver to friends or family with an option to include a brief gift message at no extra cost—just enter it in the designated box during checkout.
No invoice will be included in gift orders.
Please ensure full postal addresses, mobile numbers (if possible), and delivery instructions are completed. If you provide us with the incorrect delivery details we will be unable to ship a replaced box or provide a refund due to your error.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders without penalty.
You may cancel an order without penalty if you have received 2 deliveries of your subscription (if on a rolling subscription) if we receive notification at least 15 working days before the next delivery date. If you have opted for a gifting subscription and if we have already started sending the boxes, you will not be able to cancel this order and receive a partial refund.

Orders are dispatched to arrive on the third Wednesday of each month.
Please select a delivery address where someone is likely to be present to receive the parcel—we prefer to avoid the cheese being left unattended for long periods.
A complete postcode, phone number (preferably mobile), and email are required for FedEx tracking.
Deliveries may arrive as late as 10pm.
If your parcel does not arrive, please contact us via the contact form, email hello@cheeseboxclub.co.uk, or call 01670 789798 option 1 (answered by Northumberland Cheese Company).
Because our products are perishable, please provide alternative delivery instructions such as “leave in porch/on step/with neighbour.”
This is especially important for surprise gifts or if you expect to be home but circumstances change.
Please note, no refunds or reshipments will be issued for customer-rescheduled deliveries.
Boxes are delivered with a minimum use-by date of 14 days from the dispatch date.

It is illegal to buy alcohol for minors.
Recipients who look under 25 must show valid ID to the delivery driver.
Only the named recipient can accept alcohol deliveries.
