Our savoury cheese pancakes make a delicious dish for breakfast, brunch or even as a snack! These fluffy pancakes are perfect with a range of toppings and are super easy to make.
- 2 x eggs (best at room temperature)
- Olive Oil
- Full Cream Milk
- Sour Cream:needs to be at room temperature to mix easily with the rest of the ingredients
- Self Raising Flour
- Salt for seasoning
- Grated Cheese
Place the eggs, olive oil, milk and sour cream into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth
Slowly begin to add your Self-Raising flour and salt and continue to whisk until smooth
Add your grated cheese, simply mix it into the batter.
Next add some olive oil to your frying pan (or use a non-stick pan)
Lightly heat up on a medium high heat and pour some pancake batter in and leave to cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbling, flip over and wait another 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
